Your Baby and Bottle Feeding

The best and easiest thing you can do for your baby is breastfeeding. But there are several reasons that can make you able to breastfeed, so your best option is to bottle feed your baby. Milk products manufactured today have many advantages and combine vitamins, iron and other nutrients that the child needs. In this way, you can be sure that your baby will take everything you need.

Initially, bottle feed can be complicated as you can actually see the amount of milk used by the child, something that does not happen during lactation. So you can be surprised how little a baby is drinking. Think about how little the baby is and everything will make sense. In addition, the child should be fed every third or other time, although this may vary. Soon you will be able to understand how often you should feed the child after the reactions.

Another thing you should know is that if your baby likes milk at room temperature, you can save a lot of time. Some babies prefer the milk to get a bit hot and that means you will probably spend your time in the kitchen. But preparing the formula is not that difficult, it only takes time and diligence. You must sterilize all the bottles used to prepare the baby's food by putting them in boiling water. Wipe them in the air and keep them in a clean place. Then the formula prepares and the milk is warmed easily. You can heat the milk using a bottle heater designed specifically for this and save time, but you can also keep the bottle under warm water.

If you want to feed the baby with breast milk, but still prefer to use the bottle, first breastfeed and then prepare the formula as a supplement if the child is still hungry. It is not a good idea to mix breast milk with formula as the goal is to feed breast milk. You do not want to waste it. So if so, you should feed the baby with breast milk and check if you need more milk.

Bottling bottles can also be an experience that will unite you and your baby. If you have started breastfeeding and now want to switch to bottle feed, you may first see that the child is reluctant. Milk tastes different from what she was used to and also comes from another source. It may take some time to fix. Use the feeding time as you did when you are breastfeeding the baby. Keep it close to your arms and make the environment relaxed and fun before starting your meal. This helps the child feel safe and familiar with the new feeding method.

Feeding the baby is a good bonding experience for both of you and should be worth it because it lasts forever!
